Welcome to HealthLens!
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HealthLens biological age tracking application and website at https://health-lens.top (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
HealthLens is a biological age tracking application that helps you discover how daily habits affect your aging process. The Service includes:
• Daily biological age calculation based on health metrics
• Apple Health integration for seamless data tracking
• AI-powered meal scanning for nutrition logging
• Personalized habit recommendations and daily experiments
• 7-day trends and insights visualization
• Optional community features including leaderboards and challenges
• Multi-platform access on iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, and Apple TV
2. Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to use HealthLens. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Service.
2.2 Account Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate and current.
2.3 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 HealthLens Core
• One-time payment with a 7-day free trial
• Includes all core features (biological age calculation, AI meal scanning, Apple Health integration, habit recommendations, 7-day trends)
• Trial can be cancelled at any time during the 7-day period with no charge
3.2 Premium Add-Ons
Optional separate purchases available for:
• Blood test analysis and tracking
• Longevity protocols library
• Community challenges and leaderboards
• Premium AI models for enhanced meal recognition
3.3 Refund Policy
You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. After the 7-day period, all sales are final. To request a refund, contact us at bartzalewskidev@gmail.com.
3.4 Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.
4. License and Restrictions
4.1 License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.
4.2 Restrictions
You may not:
• Resell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Remove or modify any proprietary notices
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
5. Apple Health Integration
5.1 HealthKit Requirements
HealthLens integrates with Apple Health using HealthKit. You must grant explicit permission for HealthLens to access your health data.
5.2 Data Usage
Health data accessed through HealthKit will be used solely to provide the Service features as described. We will never:
• Use HealthKit data for advertising
• Sell health data to data brokers or third parties
• Share health data without your explicit consent (except as required by law)
5.3 Data Control
You maintain full control over your health data and can revoke HealthLens's access at any time through iOS Settings.
6. AI-Powered Features
6.1 Meal Scanning Accuracy
The AI meal scanning feature provides estimates of nutrition information. While we strive for accuracy, results may not be 100% precise. Do not rely solely on HealthLens for medical nutrition therapy or diagnosis.
6.2 Biological Age Calculations
Biological age calculations are estimates based on scientifically-validated algorithms but are not medical diagnoses. Results should be used for informational and motivational purposes only.
7. Community Features
7.1 Optional Participation
Community features (leaderboards, public profiles, challenges) are entirely optional. You can opt in or out at any time.
7.2 Anonymized Data
When participating in community features, only anonymized data is shared publicly. You control what information appears on your public profile.
7.3 Conduct
When using community features, you agree to:
• Be respectful and courteous to other users
• Not share false or misleading information
• Not harass, abuse, or harm others
• Not violate others' privacy
8. Medical Disclaimer
8.1 Not Medical Advice
HealthLens is NOT a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Service is for informational and motivational purposes only.
8.2 Consult Healthcare Professionals
Always consult with qualified healthcare professionals before making any healthcare decisions or changes to your lifestyle based on information from HealthLens.
8.3 Emergency Situations
In case of a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately. Do not rely on HealthLens for emergency medical assistance.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Service Content
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are owned by HealthLens or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9.2 Your Data
You retain all rights to your personal data and health information. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. User Data and Privacy
We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy at https://health-lens.top/privacy-policy. By using the Service, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data you provide is accurate.
11. Termination
11.1 By You
You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us at bartzalewskidev@gmail.com.
11.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:
• You breach these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent activity
• Required by law
• We discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice)
11.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
• Your access to the Service will cease
• Your account data will be deleted within 30 days
• Your health data in Apple Health remains under your control
• You may still be responsible for any outstanding payments
12. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
12.1 Service "As Is"
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
12.2 No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee that using HealthLens will result in any specific health outcomes or biological age improvements.
12.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HealthLens and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HealthLens and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
• Your use of the Service
• Your breach of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
14. Changes to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
15. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and HealthLens regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
